Do you have a local Store Front?

Currently we do not have a local store front. We are an online based clothing brand with a store front experience.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 days of being received and depending on the destination address will take about 5-7 business days to arrive.

Can I track my order?

Sure, once you have successfully completed your order after following the last check out step, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.  In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once we have fully processed your order.

How many promotional codes can I use for a transaction?

You can use only one promotional code per transaction.

Do you do exchanges or refunds?

In the rare event that an item is in fact sold out we will give you the option to refund your purchase or have it exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value in our catalog. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items that are shipped, as we cannot guarantee that the product(s) haven’t been worn, washed or tampered with. Orders that are approved for return/exchange will be subject to $7 restock fee.

NOTIFICATION FOR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If the item you desire is currently unavailable online, you have the option to receive a notification when it becomes accessible.

To do so, please visit the item's detailed page, choose your preferred color and size, and then simply click the "Notify Me When Available" button. Enter your email address and click submit.

ESTIMATED ORDER DELIVERY TIMELINE

Kindly anticipate up to 5 business days for order verification and processing, followed by a delivery window of 5-10 business days. We will promptly send you an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Orders made during weekends or on holidays will commence processing on the subsequent business day.

It's worth noting that during periods of elevated order volume, we may necessitate extra processing time to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order.
